  1. 24/7 Automated Self-Service- Check the status of your initial or renewal application, publication order or PD Specialist payment anytime! Simply call 1-800-424-4310, when prompted select option 2 and then press the number for the service you are interested in.

    o  Option 1 allows you to check the status of your new application.

    o  Option 2 allows you to check the status of your CDA renewal application.

    o  Option 3 allows you to check the status of your order. Please have your order number available.

    o  Option 4 allows you to check the status of your most recent PDS payment.

  2. Speak to a Council Associate - When calling the Council you may experience long hold times, however, your call is important to us and we do appreciate your patience. If we are unable to answer your call, please try back during non-peak hours 8am-11am or 3pm-5pm EST.
