ECE Practitioner Day: Supporting the Whole Educator

October 8, 2022 9:00 am EST - 16:00 EST

Get set for a full day geared toward the support and well-being of CDA® professionals and practitioners in the ECE field. Register to attend professional development, health and self-care sessions, along with the chance to network with your peers.

ECE Practitioner Day will target CDA® earners as well as those pursuing a CDA® credential. Attendees will engage in workshops that highlight the topics listed below:

  • Supporting the whole learner – A holistic approach to supporting our early childhood educators with the resources and tools they need to be successful in their ECE career path. Attendees should walk away with everyday practices that they can take back to their workplaces and build a clear understanding of the path for their professional development
  • Sharing strategies and helpful tips for embedding equitable practices within program operations – From the classroom to the office early educators are challenged with overcoming obstacles that can stagnate their personal growth and professional development, unpack proven strategies that will guide and support attendees in being high performing, high quality early educators for the children and families they serve.
  • Recognizing and celebrating early educators – Create engaging and interactive workshops that offer opportunities for early educators to reflect on their practice, engage in wellness, and be recognized for their contributions to the ECE profession.
