December 15, 2021

The Council for Professional Recognition is recruiting ECE professionals to become CDA Professional Development Specialists™. As mentors and coaches, PD Specialists play a key role in candidates’ progress toward successful assessments.

Do you enjoy helping rising teachers achieve their career goals and advance young children’s growth? Consider becoming a PD Specialist for the Council. We accept applications three times a year:

  • January 1 – February 15
  • June 1 – July 15
  • October 1 – November 15

Take advantage of this chance to join the Council in advancing the future of our field.

Before applying, review our eligibility requirements. If you’re eligible, we invite you to submit a PD Specialist application online.

Be sure to view our CDA PD Specialist application tutorials before beginning.

Also, note that applying does not guarantee your acceptance as a CDA PD Specialist™. The Council will review all applications and inform applicants of their decision.

The Council for Professional Recognition does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status in CDA PD Specialist operations, processes and policies.
