Children’s Equity Project and Council for Professional Recognition Partner to Focus on Equity

The Council for Professional Recognition is pleased to announce that the Children’s Equity Project has received a grant from Trust for Learning to increase the knowledge, awareness and understanding of early educators on issues of equity, bias and systemic racism. We are honored to be a partner in this crucial effort to improve learning conditions for young children of color or those who come from communities that have been marginalized over time, says Council CEO Dr. Calvin E. Moore, Jr. “We want every aspect of our credentialing process to reflect the diversity in the field and give educators the tools to ensure their students are successful.”
