Council for Professional Recognition Presents: Beyond Training: Building Career Pathways in Head Start Through National Credentialing | May 6 | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Presenters: Bisa Batten Lewis, EdD and Vilma Williams

Participants in this interactive session will explore how national credentialing can drive career growth and economic integrity within Early Head Start and Head Start programs. Through case studies, small-group discussions and strategic planning, attendees will identify barriers unique to these settings and develop practical, actionable solutions. They’ll also gain insight into the real-life experiences of educators in Early Head Start and Head Start. Education leaders, policymakers and practitioners can expect to come away with tools to strengthen professional pathways and build a more equitable, sustainable workforce.
