Last month, more than 100 agency representatives reviewed the Council’s live webinars that prepared agencies for the payment process that creates vouchers for their candidates. Now it’s time to make sure your administrator signs up to manage that process for advanced and invoiced accounts.
This is very important: The temporary voucher system has been shut down since Friday, Jan. 11, 2019. In order for your candidates to obtain a voucher, your agency now will need to open an account in YourCouncil at yourcouncil.org. This is the only way – other than a credit card payment – for your agency to process candidates.
At YourCouncil.org, advanced or invoiced accounts are easy to set up. The Council needs the following information to set up an agency administrator account:
- Administrator’s Full Name
- Email Address
- Agency Name and Address
- Phone Number
- Type of Account: Advanced or Invoiced
Please send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will receive an email with your login credentials. It’s that easy.
