Council Holiday Hours

October 24, 2023

The Council for Professional Recognition’s headquarters will be closed from December 18-29, 2023.

During this time, our Customer Care Center will also be closed, which includes phone, online chat, and email support services. The Council Store will remain OPEN.

The YourCouncil online application system and bookstore will remain active and available for our candidates and customers.

The Council will resume regular business hours on January 2nd, 2024.

We appreciate your understanding as we give our employees time off to be with their families and reenergize to serve you in 2024.

La sede del Concilio para el Reconocimiento Profesional estará cerrada del 18 al 29 de diciembre, 2023.

Durante este periodo, nuestro Centro de Atención al Cliente también estará cerrado y se suspenderán los servicios de apoyo por teléfono, chat en línea y correo electrónico. La tienda del Concilio permanecerá ABIERTA.

El sistema YourCouncil de solicitudes y librería en línea permanecerá activo y disponible para nuestros candidatos y clientes.

El Concilio reanudará el horario laboral habitual el 2 de enero del 2024.
