Exciting News for Early Educators in Maryland!

February 25, 2021

The Maryland State Department of Education(MSDE) is partnering with the Council for Professional Recognition to help thousands of the state’s early childhood teachers earn their CDA by providing financial aid to cover the costs of credentialing fees and books. The Council is excited to leverage the CDA and expand ECE career options with this opportunity to increase the number of Maryland ECE providers who possess the CDA!

The Council will also collaborate with Maryland Family Network, a Baltimore nonprofit whose passion is to make Maryland one of the best states for early childhood care and education. We share their mission to ensure young children have strong families, quality early learning environments, and advocates for their interests at the state and federal levels.

Funding is limited, so apply today!
