Holiday Closure

The Council for Professional Recognition’s headquarters will be closed December 22, 2025, through January 2, 2026.

During this time, our Customer Care Center will also be closed, so there will be no phone or email support. The YourCouncil online application system and bookstore will remain active, though, for our candidates and customers until we resume regular business hours on January 5, 2026.

Until then, here are a couple of reminders. The deadline to submit paper applications for an initial or renewal CDA® is December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, you must submit all CDA applications online through YourCouncil. We will continue accepting applications during the closure and begin processing them when we reopen on January 5.

We appreciate your patience as we give our employees a break to be with their families and get revived to serve you even better next year. As we mark the holidays, we’ll keep you in mind. You deserve celebration for all you do for the children, families and educators you serve.
