The Council for Professional Recognition is leading a national project to determine the viability of a national, competency-based certification for ECE lead teachers. We have contracted with Research for Action (RFA) to obtain and analyze stakeholders’ perspectives on the feasibility of the certification. RFA is gathering viewpoints from diverse stakeholder groups in the early education field, including policymakers, educators and administrators, institutions of higher education, parents, employers and advocates, through a national survey, available in both English and Spanish. We also want to hear from you, our community members. Help inform our ongoing work to move the ECE workforce ahead.
