Become a CDA Professional Development Specialist™

The Council is recruiting ECE professionals to become CDA Professional Development Specialists™. As mentors and coaches, PD Specialists play a key role in a CDA candidates’ progress toward successful assessments.

Do you enjoy helping rising teachers achieve their career goals and advance young children’s growth? Consider becoming a PD Specialist for the Council.

If you are an ECE professional in Maryland and are interested in becoming a PD Specialist, we especially urge you to apply. The Council has been awarded a $1 million grant that covers the cost of credentialing fees and books. As a result, we expect the demand to soar for PD Specialists who can assist Maryland candidates on their journey to becoming a CDA.
